The capability to organize such events in suitable facilities and with various seating capacities puts the Center right at the top of the convention and tourist offers of the city as well as of the region.
We can provide several facilities of different capacities which are air-conditioned and equipped with up-to-date sound and lighting systems, stage lights, projection equipment, phone connections. The facilities come with offices, wardrobes, catering services and staff.
АMPHITHEATRE
The most exclusive commercial facility of the Center, intended for meetings, conferences, business meetings and presentations of the highest level, as well as for quality cultural programmes – theatre plays, chamber music, film projections, TV broadcasts, fashion shows. Capacity: 200-250 seats.
CONFERENCE ROOM
The ideal setting for meetings, seminars, gatherings, sessions and similar activities. Capacity: 35 + 15 seats, depending on the needs and arrangement.
VIP LOUNGE
Convenient, especially equipped space for official gatherings, conferences, parties, presentations and promotions. Capacity: 50-350 participants.
Exhibition area: 10,200 m2 – 9,500 m2 of horizontal and 700 m2 of vertical exhibition space.
Auxiliary facilities: spacious corridors, catering service, wardrobes, own garage and car-park, sports and recreation facilities, bank offices, post office, 187 different shops, arts gallery and others.
Located at the east side of the Center, connected with Cara Lazara Boulevard and Radnicka Street and has two floors.
The garage (164 + 130 parking spaces) is under security service surveillance and the parking spaces are leased on monthly basis. Car-park: 350 parking spaces.
