The First MICHELIN Stars in Serbia
Two restaurants – 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞 and 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐥
Belgrade and Serbia have officially entered the most prestigious gastronomic destinations list. Two restaurants – Belgrade’s 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞 and 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐥 within the Atelje vina Šapat – Šapat Wine Atelier in Novi Slankamen – have received the famous MICHELIN stars, synonymous with exquisite quality.
World-famous The MICHELIN Guide has published a list of 23 Serbian restaurants that will proudly wear red signs at their entrances in 2025. Besides the star-awarded ones, 𝗜𝘃𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲 and 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗸 still carry the prominent “𝗕𝗶𝗯 𝗚𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱” label, reserved for the establishments with the best value for money.

MICHELIN’s selected restaurants in Belgrade include: Bela Reka, Comunale Caffè e Cucina, Ebisu and Square at the Square Nine Hotel Belgrade, Enso Restaurant Belgrade, Gig Restaurant (new), Gušti mora, HOMA restaurant, Klub Književnika by Branko Kisic, L’Adresse at the SAINT TEN Hotel, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Legat 1903, Magellan, Metropolitan at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade, Mezestoran Dvorište, Restoran Na Cosku, Pinot Restaurant, Salon 1905, SkyLounge at the Hilton Belgrade and The Twenty Two Restaurant at Metropol Palace Hotel Belgrade.
This is yet another international confirmation of what has been known for years – that Serbia is a place where you can eat well and enjoy rich and varied gastronomic experiences of the highest quality.
