For hosting STADA Global Leadership meeting DHC VEKOL was awarded The Best Event Award 2020 by “Conventa Crossover” In the Main Category B2B.“You only have one chance to make the right first impression” – literally. For what turned out to be the most prominent event in Belgrade of 2019, we staged a unique river experience followed by an audio-visual spectacle for delegates coming from 29 countries that lasted for over more than 16 hours straight! A complete makeover of the chosen venue included 3 full days of floor-to-ceiling adjustments, 11 vans of AV equipment including 150 VR pieces for all participating delegates and installation of a200ft long pontoon bridge able to fit 20 brand new Sea Ray and Monterey speedboats for a unique coffee break experience. Later that evening, the much needed touch of luxury and glamour –in the spirit of young Hollywood gala events, such as the Academy Awards – was achieved at the White Palace– Belgrade’s open-air museum reflecting an ideal combination of minimalist elegance and haute interior design.
